Mastermind Sessions
Your same core women, every month, all year. Maximum of 8 women per group.
This is where decisions get made out loud instead of alone in your kitchen at 9pm. Every session will be led by an OWN team member at a beautiful location. Every woman will get the chance to be in the HOT SEAT and have the whole group focus on her business and her goals and how we can help her achieve them.
We divide the masterminds up by preferred location (East, central, or west Omaha), what day/time works for you, and revenue level.
Business School
You will take in person business classes taught by Omaha women business owners and community leaders. Each class builds upon each other.
The focus of these classes is first giving you the foundational knowledge you need to organize your money and goals; second the marketing systems you need to confidently put yourself out there online in a way that converts, and finally public speaking to skyrocket your reach online and offline.
Business Retreats
We want to give you the chance to honor your inner world, your emotional and spiritual body. Entrepreneurship is just as much an inner game as it is outer.
The morning of the retreats are a chance for you to commune with your soul, identify where you may be blocked, and let whatever is holding you back GO. It's a chance for you to take a birds eye view of your company and focus on the vision.
The afternoons -- we get down to business. Workshops and collaborative sessions to help you take aligned action and get the big things to move the mission forward DONE.
Coworking Days + Networking Events
Work alone with your computer most days? Once a month, we'll work together during our Coworking Days!

We're mapping out your revenue plan and deciding where best to focus to hit your goals. If you have not hit six figures yet, you will spend the workshop reverse engineering your six figure year in 2027. If you are beyond six figures, you will spend the workshop consciously deciding which area of business needs your focus next year to go to the $250K, $500K, $1million mark and what needs to be set up so you can hit 2027 running.
Sales + Marketing Retreat:
We're creating or fine-tuning your customer journey next. If you do not have a funnel, you are going to create one in this workshop. Q: What if I can't make it to every in-person event?
A: You are a busy woman, I know. And there is basically an event that you can go to every week! We did this intentionally - in some seasons of business you need that support. And then in others, you don’t. You’ll ebb and flow throughout the year.
It is okay if you miss events, we want you to use discernment as to where you should put your time.
We highly encourage you to make it to your small group mastermind session every month, this is where you’ll get the most personalized attention. We’ve had women in the past just go to their mastermind sessions and nothing else, and they have felt it was worth the price.
That said, the magic of this room really does happen in person — so we'll always encourage you to make it when you can.
Q: How long will I have access to the Business Class Vault?
A: For as long as you're an active Inner Circle member. It's a resource you can return to again and again as your business evolves — revisit a class on funnels when you're ready to scale, or the messaging class when you're repositioning. It's yours to use throughout your membership.
